I’m writing today after i got my car fixed a month ago. Today I remembered the negative reviews I read about this company. To be honest everything was smooth and didn’t take long time to get my car approved to be repaired. Then the Garage which was near to them adviced me to keep the car with me until they buy the spare parts then I should come to fix and paint. It took me a week to get mu car fixed including 5 days waiting for the parts. In addition, the Garage delivered the car to me with no charges

Service Agents were not very hospitable. I was served lately and with less of smile and welcoming body language.Expect the unexpected! In driving and when you met any incidents and you knock the doors of Insurance Offices.Drive Safe!

Very worse Insurance ever! Unfortunately it was my bad luck to apply for full insurance Al Dhafra insurance because I did not know about this insurance anything before I renewed my insurance for my car! In June,2018 I got a big accident! Non of them even care about the customers as it must be! Starting from reception till men inside that office! I called them not they called me! Non of them till now called me regarding my car! It is canceled for sure and they told me that they are going to call me back because they have to call to other insurance as per it is not my mistake in this accident! Don’t apply with this insurance! They don’t pick up calls! Nonprofessional place! I got a car rental on my own! I don’t think so they are going to fix my car or give money ! I think I’m gonna go to police because it is better way! It is been 2 weeks now, I feel like my car was in my dream but not in the reality! No car, no money , no calls from them?! What kind of insurance company is that?!Just to safe people from such a worse company I ever faced in Dubai! Rude stuffs, answering to you as if your taking money from them! Even in the grocery service is better! Al Dhafra Company I am wondering how you are still opened with your worse slow non professional services!!!!

Non professional in every way.Quick on issuing policies and collecting payment.Gid forbid you have a claim try reaching them.You can never get through on phone. E eryone seems busy.Go to their office and you will see a bunch of guys doing nothing.Did a mistake by insuring my car with them.Never again and will advise others too to avoid them.

Good, cheap charges and fast service but they charge 350 dirhams when your car get red paper even you have full insurance

Sorry, I had bad experience with them.Your claims and disputes will not be resolved easily unless you really go hard to contest from this insurance co.

Poor Service (motor Insurance)...their garage (AB garage) will simply ruin your patience. I was having insurance with them for few years and once I had a green paper from police and then I experienced their bad service... really got frustrated... am going out of this insurance now.
